Here’s how it works…

For every dollar you spend in our online store, you will earn one (1) Reward Point (or, 1%) towards future purchases*.

For example, let’s say you buy three items and your sub-total is $344.84, you will earn 345 Reward Points or $3.45 which you can deduct from a future purchase. It’s that easy! There is nothing extra to sign up or for… it’s all automatic when you register with us to make purchases. You can even use your Reward Points along with Gift Certificates and other discounted merchandise!

Each item in our store is clearly marked with the Reward Points you will earn when you purchase that item.

*Here are a few simple guidelines that we have established for earning and redeeming Reward Points.

1. One (1) Reward Point is equivalent to 1% of every dollar ($0.01) spent on merchandise in our online store.
2. Reward Points are earned for purchasing merchandise at the Pelican Cove Trading Company online store (http://www.pelicancovetrading.com/store/) only.
3. One (1) Reward Point is earned for every dollar you spend in our online store.
4. Sales taxes, shipping, handling and other additional costs do not earn Reward Points.
5. There is a minimum $20.00 purchase when redeeming Reward Points.
6. A minimum 100 Reward Points must be earned before being redeemable.
7. Up to, and including, a maximum of 1,000 Rewards Points may be redeemed for any one purchase.
8. Reward Points may be used in conjunction with gift certificates and already discounted merchandise.
9. Reward Points are valid for 365 days after the date they are earned.
10. Reward Points may reflect pending status until merchandise is delivered.
11. Pending Reward Points may not be redeemed until their status is reflected as earned. Only earned Reward Points may be redeemed.
12. Reward Points will be reversed if an item is returned or a refund is issued.
13. Reward Points are non-transferable and may only be used by those who have earned them.
14. Reward Points may only be redeemed at the Pelican Cove Trading Company online store (http://www.pelicancovetrading.com/store/).
